This rug is beautifully harmonious in terms of colour and design. The first and third 'floral meander' secondary borders are classic Caucasian while the main 'cup and serrated leaf' border is almost typical of Shirvan rugs. The animal border framing the main field of botehs is both exceptional and enchanting.
